Jasmin rice, stir-fried minced meat (Pork or Beef or Chicken or Veggies), chilies, fried egg and Basil.

WEDNESDAY

GAI PAD MED MAMUANG  

Stir-fried of chicken, mix of green, red and yellow bell pepper, and cashews, chili jam, with a sauce that has a salty-sweet flavour profile. The dish is served with Jasmin rice.

FRIDAY

GAENG KEOW

Green Curry, coconut milk, chicken or tofu or shrimps and sweet basil. The dish is served with Jasmin rice.
